The N9H26K61N series with the ARM926EJ-S core can operate at up to 264 MHz . It offers 128-pin packages stacked with 64 MB SDRAMI Memory to reduce PCB size and EMI issues. Rich peripherals include 2 sets of UART , SDIO/eMMC interface, NAND Flash interface, 24bit LCD controller, High-Speed USB 2.0 host and High-Speed USB 2.0 device controller to allow more flexibility in designs. The N9H26K61N supports temperature from -20 ℃ to 85 ℃ and targets Home Control, HMI.
