Welcome to this website. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) before proceeding with any transactions.

I. Scope of Application

These Terms govern the rights and obligations arising from your ordering, payment, or transaction activities conducted on this website. The purpose of these Terms is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both you and the Company. By clicking “I Agree” (or similar options), or by placing an order, making payment, conducting transactions, or engaging in any related activity on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

II. Online Orders

  1. In addition to these Terms, all information presented on the product or service pages and during the ordering process of this website, including transaction terms, conditions, limitations, and descriptions, shall constitute an integral part of the purchase agreement between the parties.

  2. Upon completion of the online ordering process, you are making an offer and expressing your willingness to purchase the product or service in accordance with these Terms, the conditions, and limitations set forth on the relevant webpages. You shall promptly update any changes to your retained information (such as address or telephone number) online and may not deny the ordering action or refuse payment on the grounds of inaccurate information.

  3. After completion of the online ordering process, the system will automatically send a notification via email or other means. Such notification merely indicates that the system has received your order offer and does not constitute completion of the transaction or formation of a sales contract. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject the order. If the Company confirms that the transaction conditions are correct, the ordered products are in stock or the services are available, and there are no other unacceptable circumstances, the Company will arrange shipment without further notice, and you may check shipment status on the website. If the transaction conditions are incorrect, the products are out of stock, the services are unavailable, or there are other circumstances rendering the order unacceptable, the Company shall have the right to reject the order.

  4. If an offer cannot be accepted after payment has been made, or due to other reasons not attributable to the Company, the Company shall refund the paid amount without interest within two (2) business days in accordance with applicable laws. If payment is made by credit card in installments, such installment service is provided by your credit card issuing bank, and the creditor–debtor relationship exists solely between you and the issuing bank. Except where otherwise expressly indicated, interest charges, calculation methods, credit insurance, or guarantor arrangements shall be governed by the agreement between you and the credit card issuing bank.

  5. You acknowledge and agree that although the Company will endeavor to ensure the accuracy of relevant information, the Company makes no express or implied warranty that all information presented on the website or related communications is complete, accurate, or up to date. This website may contain links to third-party websites, and all information on such linked websites is provided solely by those websites. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of such content. Order quantity limits shall be subject to the descriptions on the relevant product or service pages. If any price presented on the website is incorrect:

  1. If the marked price is higher than the correct price, the Company shall charge the lower, correct price.

  2. If the marked price is lower than the correct price, the Company reserves the right to reject the order offer.

  3. If there are errors in specifications, images, descriptions, prices, or transaction conditions, the Company may reject the order offer within two (2) days after completion of the ordering process.

  1. Shipping fees and the allocation thereof are determined by the relevant product or service pages.

  2. You may choose the delivery location and method according to the options, conditions, and limitations stated on the relevant webpages. If delivery cannot be completed due to causes not attributable to the Company, including but not limited to refusal of receipt, delay, or loss of contact, attributable to you, and delivery fails after two attempts despite the Company’s reasonable efforts to contact you, the Company may cancel the order and issue a refund. Any actually and necessarily incurred return shipping fees, transportation fees, storage fees, or other directly related costs shall be borne by you and may be deducted from the refunded amount without further consent. This provision shall not apply if such failure is attributable to the Company or its designated logistics provider.

  3. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, fines, and fees imposed by the exporting and importing countries.  You shall indemnify the Company against any such costs incurred due to export and/or import. You are responsible for obtaining all required import/export licenses and complying with applicable import/export laws and regulations. If clearance is delayed or an order is canceled due to your failure to cooperate, provide required documents, or comply with regulations, you shall bear the related shipping and tax costs. The Company may deduct such costs from any refund without further consent. You represent and warrant that your ordering, importing, use, resale, transfer, or re-export of products or services does not violate any applicable laws or sanctions. You shall be fully liable for any damages suffered by the Company, suppliers, or third parties arising from your breach of such representations or applicable laws.

  4. All your online transactions conducted on this website and related matters shall be automatically recorded by the website’s computer system. You may log in to query your transaction records. Please notify the Company immediately if you find any inaccuracies.

III. Returns and Refunds

  1. Except as otherwise required by local laws, all return and refund matters shall be governed by applicable laws of Taiwan. The Company may amend return and refund policies in accordance with changes in law, effective upon announcement on the website or amendment of these Terms, whichever occurs earlier. Any dispute shall be raised within thirty (30) days.

  2. Returned products must be kept intact in their original condition at the time of shipment, including all products, gifts, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents. Physical invoices, credit notes, or other legally required documents must be returned together with the product.

  3. Your right to return may be affected if packaging is damaged, seals are removed, tags/labels are detached, adhesive is removed, or if the product has been washed or damaged.

  4. You acknowledge and agree that if a refund is required due to your return request, rejection of all or part of your order, or termination or invalidity of the contract, the Company may handle invoices or allowance slips on your behalf as required by law.

  5. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, transaction handling fees and processing fees incurred during the original purchase shall be deducted from the refund amount.

  6. If the original payment was made by wire transfer, you shall bear all bank charges incurred in connection with the refund.

  7. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after the Company receives and confirms the condition of the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects, in which case outbound shipping fees shall not be charged.

IV. System Security, Data Processing, and Backup

  1. The Company shall maintain reasonable security measures for the website but makes no express or implied warranty that uploaded or transmitted data will be properly presented or processed, or that data transmission will be error-free.

  2. The Company performs regular data backups. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from data deletion, backup errors, or failures.

  3. The collection, processing, and use of personal data shall be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

V. Interpretation of the Agreement

  1. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be interpreted or supplemented to the maximum extent permitted by law so as to reflect the original intent.

  2. The exercise or non-exercise of any right under these Terms does not affect the validity of other rights granted herein.

VI. Miscellaneous

  1. You acknowledge and agree that if this website or its related rights and obligations are transferred to a third party, the Company’s rights and obligations may be transferred accordingly, and such third party may continue providing services.

  2. If the Company is legally or contractually liable to you for compensation, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the actual amount received for the disputed transaction.

VII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. All online orders, transactions, and actions conducted on this website, as well as these Terms and related webpages, shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan, excluding the “Act Governing the Choice of Law in Civil Matters Involving Foreign Elements”.

  2. Any dispute arising from online orders, transactions, or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Hsinchu District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory laws provide otherwise.
