The N9H20K51N series with the ARM926EJ-S core can operate at up to 200 MHz. It offers 128-pin packages stacked with 32 MB SDRAM Memory to reduce PCB size and EMI issues. Rich peripherals include 2 sets of UART, SDIO/eMMC interface, NAND Flash interface, 24bit LCD controller, Full-Speed USB 2.0 host and High-Speed USB 2.0 device controller to allow more flexibility in designs. The N9H20K51N supports temperature from -20℃ to 85℃ and targets Home Control, HMI.
