M55M1 Series

The M55M1 series microcontrollers feature the Arm® Cortex®-M55 core, with a maximum operating frequency of up to 220 MHz. It includes built-in Arm® Helium™ DSP technology to enhance digital signal processing capabilities and integrates the Arm® Ethos™-U55 micro neural processing unit (NPU) to accelerate machine learning inference on edge devices. This series features up to 2 MB of built-in Flash Memory and 1.5 MB of SRAM. The operating voltage range is 1.7V ~ 3.6V, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C, making it highly suitable for use in harsh industrial environments.

This series is particularly well-suited for high-compute embedded applications, including real-time signal processing, advanced machine learning, high-performance control systems, sensor fusion, smart factory automation, medical devices, and communication systems.

NuMaker-GestureAI-M55M1 Module

The NuMaker-GestureAI-M55M1 is a highly integrated application module specifically designed for the Nuvoton NuMicro® M55M1R2LJAE microcontroller. Its core design philosophy is "integrated and ready-to-use" and "developer-friendly," aiming to allow developers to embed it directly into end products while providing open interfaces for secondary development and firmware updates.

This module fully leverages the high-performance processing capabilities and dedicated AI features of the M55M1 core, assisting developers in implementing complex artificial intelligence applications on edge devices. To simplify AI model deployment, the module is equipped with a Micro SD card slot for storing model files; furthermore, it integrates a GC0308 CMOS sensor, allowing AI applications to seamlessly achieve image capture, video computing, and visual recognition functions.
