The NUC230 operates at 2.5V ~ 5.5V and -40℃ ~ 105℃, and provides 22.1184 MHz high precision internal oscillator (±1% accuracy at 25℃, 5V; full range ±3%), Bosch CAN 2.0A/B, rich peripherals (e.g. RTC, ISO-7816-3, CRC, I²S), rich connectivity interfaces and high immunity (8KV ESD, 4KV EFT). Package types include LQFP48, LQFP64 and LQFP100.
