M2351SFSIAAP 微控制器是基于 Arm®Cortex®-M23 内核的采用 Arm®v8-M 架构，整合 NuMicro® M2351 系列和 Winbond 的 W77F 系列安全闪存的多芯片封装 ( Multi-Chip Package )。透过使用Winbond的安全闪存解决方案，M2351SFSIAAP 可以十分安全的保护微控制器的代码和数据，以减少遭恶意破坏与不当利用的风险。
