The NUC140 series operates at 2.5V ~ 5.5V and -40℃ ~ 85℃,and provides 22.1184 MHz high precision internal oscillator (1% accuracy at 25℃,5V) , provides Bosch CAN 2.0A/B, USB 2.0 full speed, rich peripherals, rich connectivity interface and high immunity (8KV ESD, 4KV EFT) . Package types include LQFP48, LQFP64 and LQFP100.
