KA44170A is a high efficiency single phase motor driver IC with built-in Soft Switching function for low noise operation. An automatic phase adjustment function is provided to optimize the soft switching section and its current, so it is possible to drive the motor with low noise and high efficiency regardless of the type of motor and operating environment with a small number of parts.
KA44170A enable to select for speed control by direct PWM input.
With a wide input voltage range of 12V/24V, this IC is most suitable for usage in HA, OA and FA (for high speed fan motor < 15krpm) equipment.
